Welcome to 98prk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of the 98prk platform ("98prk", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the website at 98prk.cam and any associated mobile applications, products or services (collectively, the "Platform").

98prk is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Pakistan, including those based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The Platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports markets, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by you on the Platform to access 98prk services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to authenticate your Account and process withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the 98prk website, mobile web application and any associated software or services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or under the operator's licensing conditions.
• "Sports Bet" means any wager placed on the outcome of a sporting event, including but not limited to cricket, football, tennis, UFC, esports and PSL/T20 matches.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Your use of the 98prk Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) completing the registration form; (b) making a first deposit; or (c) placing your first bet or wager.

These Terms are effective as of the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page and supersede all previous versions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To open and maintain an Account with 98prk you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by applicable law in your country of residence.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of an employee or director of 98prk or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder at the time of registration.

Each player may hold only one Account on the 98prk platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or an unauthorised party — is your responsibility. Please notify 98prk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

98prk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

In accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, 98prk requires all players to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits or at our discretion at any time.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence no older than three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 98prk reserves the right to freeze the Account and escalate to relevant authorities.

All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Document data is held securely and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or by our licensing obligations.

All Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the Platform's banking section and may vary depending on the payment method used.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. 98prk does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. You must only deposit funds from sources that you own and are lawfully entitled to use. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Familiar payment references available for Pakistani players include methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided as context for Pakistani users only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support of gambling by those institutions. Players should confirm the availability of specific payment methods within their Account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification.
• The amount you wish to withdraw must consist entirely of real-money funds (not uncleared Bonus Funds).
• You must withdraw to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our support team.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are published in the Platform's banking section. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 98prk reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000.

Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (BTC, USDT) are available where supported. Crypto transactions are irreversible — please double-check wallet addresses before confirming any crypto withdrawal.

98prk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, minimum odds restriction and an expiry period. These are stated clearly on the promotion page before you opt in.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; casino slots may contribute between 50% and 100%; table games and live casino may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 98prk reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonus funds already validly credited to a player's account in good faith.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Players found to have previously held an Account under a different identity will have welcome bonus winnings forfeited.

All sports bets placed on 98prk are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, which are published in the Platform's sports-betting rules section. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account balance. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to a suspension remain valid.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports-specific rules. In most cases, unsettled bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket markets — including PSL matches, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan cricket — are subject to the detailed cricket betting rules published in the sports rules section. Weather interruptions and DLS method applications are handled in accordance with those rules.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (an obvious pricing error), 98prk reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Accumulator bets are settled by multiplying the decimal odds of each selection. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, instant win products and virtual sports — are provided on the Platform by certified third-party game suppliers. All casino game outcomes are determined by audited random-number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes in a controlled studio environment.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session. The house edge is a normal and expected feature of all casino products.

In the event of a game malfunction — such as a disconnection during a live game round — bets will be settled in accordance with the game provider's published malfunction rules. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. 98prk is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its direct control.

Game availability may vary and 98prk reserves the right to add, modify or remove game titles at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98prk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false name or with false identity documents.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets, access the Platform or circumvent any security measure.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports market.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from an identified bug are void. You must report any discovered vulnerability to support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location using a VPN or proxy service.

98prk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can lose.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

98prk reserves the right to impose account restrictions or close an Account entirely where it reasonably believes a player may be experiencing problem gambling, even where no formal self-exclusion request has been made.

Gambling involves financial risk and is intended as a leisure activity for adults only. Please never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and do not gamble as a means of recovering previous losses.

All content on the 98prk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations and all other materials — is the property of 98prk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, publicly display, publish or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. 98prk does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98prk and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player-operator relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting our support team. We will process any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to us) subject to completion of KYC verification.

98prk may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation or order of a competent authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe your Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.
• You are found to be ineligible under Clause 4 (Account Eligibility).

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

98prk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will provide advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been communicated or published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets already placed and settled, or to completed transactions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The specific jurisdiction is indicated in the operator's licensing documentation, which is available on request from our support team.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 98prk support to seek an informal resolution. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 28 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by the operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR provider will be supplied to you upon escalation of a complaint.
