98prk operates internationally. As a result, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your jurisdiction.

Where we transfer Personal Data internationally, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:

• Transferring data only to countries that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of protection by the relevant regulatory authority in our licensing jurisdiction.
• Entering into data transfer agreements with Data Processors that incorporate recognised standard contractual protections.

The 98prk Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18, or under the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. All new accounts are subject to age verification as part of the KYC process.

If we discover or are notified that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings accrued in such an account will be forfeited.
